CD cover tutorial

Her kommer en tutorial på CD cover. Jeg gir ofte bort kopier av bilder som jeg har tatt i diverse anledninger og da liker jeg å lage et hjemmelagd CD cover.

Here is a tutorial for CD cover. I give away CD's with pictures I have taken in different occations and I like to make a CD cover with that.

1. kutt 3 biter pyntepapir i størrelsen 13,5 x 13,5 cm.

1. cut 3 pieces scrapbook paper in the size 13,5 x 13,5 cm


2. kutt et ark med Bazill eller kartong i størrelsen: 1 stk - 14 x 24 cm, 1 stk - 14 x 28,5, 1 stk 14 x 2 cm

2. cut a sheet of Bazill or cardstock in the size: 1 piece - 14 x 24 cm, 1 piece - 14 x 28,5 cm, 1 piece 14 x 2 cm


3. Score den største biten på 14 cm og 14,5 cm og brett sammen

3. Score the biggest piece at 14 cm and 14,5 cm and fold it together

4. Neste bit score ved 14 cm og kutt ut en halvsirkel med en punch på den korteste delen.

4. Next piece score at 14 cm and cut out a half sircle with a punch on the shortes part of the piece.

5. stryk lim på begge sider av den korteste delen

7. den minste delen brettes i to og limes sammen

7. fold the smallest piece of paper in half and glue it together

8. lim fast stripen med kartong til selve coveret. Dette blir lukkemekanismen. Man kan også bruke bånd hvis man vil. Da limer man fast bånd på hver side av coveret før man limer på pyntepapiret.

8. glue the stripe of cardstock to the cover. You can also use ribbon if you want to. Then you have to glue ribbon to each side of the cover before you glue on the scrapbook paper

9. Lim pyntepapir på forside og bakside av coveret.

10. Lim fast delen som CD'n skal være i inni coveret på høyre side. Hvis man har behov for å oppbevare 2 CD'er i coveret så kan man lage en tilsvarende del og lime fast på venstre side.

10. Glue the piece for the CD inside the cover on the right side. If you have need to keep 2 CD's in the cover you can make another piece and glue it on the left side.
